What is HomeHarbor?

HomeHarbor is a home safety app that helps families track their safety score, complete preparedness checklists, monitor live weather alerts, and store important household documents — all in one place.

Is my data stored on your servers?

All your household data is stored locally on your device. We do not store personal safety data on external servers.

How do I reset my data?

Go to Settings → Account → Reset All Data. This will permanently erase all your household data from the device. This action cannot be undone.

What is the Family Plan?

The Family Plan unlocks premium features including unlimited household members, advanced coverage reporting, and priority weather alerts. You can manage your subscription from the Settings tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find HomeHarbor, and tap Cancel Subscription.

The app isn't loading — what do I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store. Your data is stored on-device, so a reinstall will not affect it unless you have cleared storage.

How is my SafeScore calculated?

Your SafeScore (0–100) is based on three factors: location risk, home preparedness tasks completed, and your home profile details. Completing tasks directly raises your score, and the app shows exactly how many points each task is worth.
